Against the backdrop of increasingly strict environmental protection regulations and the development of green circular agriculture, the random stacking and disposal of chicken manure and bird litter have become major challenges for chicken farms. These wastes are highly viscous, complex in composition, and contain a large number of pathogens, parasite eggs and weed seeds. If not properly treated, they will not only emit malodorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia to pollute the air, but also seep into the soil and groundwater, causing serious environmental pollution and even spreading animal diseases, which may lead to environmental fines for farms. The fecal fermentation tank effectively addresses these pain points and provides a scientific and efficient solution for the harmless treatment and resource utilization of chicken manure and bird litter.

The core working principle of the equipment is to rely on aerobic microorganisms (such as bacillus and actinomycetes) to decompose the organic matter (protein, cellulose, fat, etc.) in chicken manure and bird litter into small molecular substances (amino acids, humic acid, etc.) through metabolic activities. The whole process is carried out in a closed tank, and the temperature, humidity, oxygen concentration and other key parameters are intelligently controlled to ensure the efficiency and thoroughness of fermentation. The fermentation process is divided into three stages: heating stage, high-temperature stage and maturation stage. In the heating stage (0-3 days), mesophilic bacteria multiply rapidly, decomposing easily degradable substances and raising the temperature to 50-60℃; in the high-temperature stage (3-5 days), thermophilic bacteria dominate, decomposing complex organic matter, which can kill more than 99% of pathogens, parasite eggs and weed seeds; in the maturation stage (5-7 days), mesophilic microorganisms become active again, forming stable humus, and the temperature drops to below 40℃, with the material showing a dark brown, loose and odorless state.
