تانک تخمیر هوازی مینگجیا یک مخمر تجاری با درجه - برای پردازش با حجم بالا - کود مرغداری، بستر مرغ گوشتی و لجن خوک است. سیستمهای پیشرفته هوادهی و اختلاط هیدرولیکی آن تغییرات در رطوبت، آمونیاک و قوام را مدیریت میکنند. با عملکرد در دمای 45–70 درجه، فرآیند هوازی دما بالا به سرعت ماده آلی را تجزیه میکند، پاتوژنها (سالمونلا، ای.کولی) را از بین میبرد، پارازیتها و بذرهای علف هرز را میکشد و انتشار آمونیاک را کاهش میدهد. در عرض 7–10 روز، ضایعات به کود آلی خشک، بدون بو و غنی از مواد مغذی با رطوبت تقریباً 30٪ تبدیل میشوند. طراحی مهر و موم شده از نشت آب و بو جلوگیری میکند و آن را برای مزارع نزدیک مناطق مسکونی مناسب میسازد. سیستم به صورت پیوسته با تغذیه و خروجی روزانه کار میکند و یک راه حل قابل گسترش برای عملیات بزرگ طیور و خوک ارائه میدهد تا با مقررات مطابقت داشته باشند و درآمد ایجاد کنند.

Adopting advanced aerobic fermentation technology and an intelligent temperature control system, the equipment rapidly raises the temperature inside the tank to 55–70℃, effectively killing harmful bacteria, insect eggs, weed seeds, and other hazardous substances in poultry manure within 7–10 days, while completing the decomposition and maturation of the waste. Compared with traditional composting methods, the treatment cycle is shortened by 60%–80%, significantly improving waste treatment efficiency.
Through high-temperature aerobic fermentation, the organic matter in poultry manure is fully decomposed and transformed, while harmful substances such as pathogenic microorganisms, heavy metals (effectively fixed), and odors are effectively removed. The treated products meet national harmless treatment standards, preventing secondary pollution to soil, water, and air.
