تانک تخمیر هوازی Mingjia یک مخزن تخمیر صنعتی سنگین برای کمپوستسازی کودهای مخلوط از گاو، خوک و طیور طراحی شده است. سیستم هیدرولیک، مکانیزم چنگک آهنگری شده و سیستم کنترل هوشمند آن، رطوبت و محتوای فیبر متغیر را بهصورت کارآمد مدیریت میکنند. فرآیند هوازی با دمای بالا (45–70 درجه) تجزیه سریع، از بین بردن پاتوژنها و کنترل بو را بدون توجه به تنوع ورودی تضمین میکند. ظرف 7–10 روز، کود مخلوط به کود آلی پایدار و متعادل از نظر مواد مغذی با رطوبت حدود 30٪، عاری از پاتوژن و مناسب برای کاربرد در مزرعه یا مخلوط شدن تبدیل میشود. طراحی کاملاً مهر و موم شده از نشت مایع و انتشار گاز جلوگیری میکند و استانداردهای محیطزیست را برآورده میسازد. سیستم بهصورت 24/7 با تغذیه و تخلیه خودکار کار میکند و هزینههای نیروی کار را کاهش داده و بهرهوری برای مزرعههای مختلط را افزایش میدهد.

Stage 1 – Heating: When raw material enters the tank, the air supply system continuously blows in oxygen. Bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes that are naturally present in the waste multiply rapidly in this oxygen-rich environment and quickly decompose organic matter. As a result, the material naturally heats up to approximately 65℃ in a short time.
Stage 2 – Constant Temperature: The system then enters a constant temperature stage, maintaining an internal temperature of 45–70℃. Microorganisms continue to work efficiently, fully breaking down the organic matter. At the same time, the high temperature eliminates pathogens, insect eggs, and weed seeds, making the treatment harmless.
Stage 3 – Cooling: Once fermentation is complete, the cooling stage begins, and the material is discharged through the outlet. The final product is a powdered organic fertilizer with a moisture content of 25%–30%, rich in nutrients and ready for direct packaging and sale.
